Dear community, supporters and partners,

We are pleased to share the official report of our Impact Week mission carried out from February 23rd to 28th, 2025.

That week marked the school break period for children. Taking advantage of this important moment, Hope With Bitcoin launched a special Impact Week Mission on February 23rd.

Our initial objective was clear:

To spend one full day in each of the two orphanages we support:

  • Orphelinat Bon Arbre

  • Orphelinat CitΓ© des Anges

Funding Reality

Unfortunately, the fundraising campaign did not reach the expected level of support.

As a result, we decided to use the total funds available in our possession:

157,623 sats (approximately $95 USD)

With these funds, we were able to dedicate one full day β€” Friday, February 27th β€” to the children of Orphelinat Bon Arbre.

Every satoshi was used directly for the children and mission logistics.

No funds were allocated to personal compensation.

Mission Overview

This mission gathered:

  • 32 children participating

  • 5 Hope With Bitcoin volunteers

  • 3 orphanage leaders present

  • 8 full hours on site (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

This was not a short visit.
It was a full-day presence.

Use of Funds

The 157,623 sats were carefully managed to cover:

  • Transportation for the volunteer team

  • Printing of educational drawing materials

  • Lunch for the children

  • Fresh fruit dessert

  • Basic logistical expenses

Despite limited resources, the day was structured, meaningful, and impactful.

A Full Day of Impact

From 10 AM until 6 PM, we remained at the center and shared every moment with the children.

During those 8 hours, we organized:

🎨 Bitcoin education through creative coloring activities

During this session, we provided coloring sheets that featured the bitcoin logo as well as other fun drawings to encourage their curiosity to know what they were coloring.

"Bitcoin is Art"

Here is one of the magnificent pieces of art we created during our coloring session.

⚑ Simple explanations about Bitcoin and financial literacy

During the children's coloring time, we didn't remain silent; we took advantage of this moment to explain to them what Bitcoin really is, who created it, and what it could be used for.

🍝 A shared lunch together

The moment we all cherish. Yes, we didn't come to tire the children out. As promised, after the first two activities, we sent a delegation to the market. They shopped there and prepared food for the children, and that's how we were able to share lunch with them and the staff of the orphanage.

🧩 Puzzle games and group challenges

At the end of our lunch, we organized a puzzle challenge by dividing the children into two teams.

This activity allowed them to put their critical thinking skills to work while encouraging teamwork and collaboration.

Personally, I truly enjoyed participating in the game alongside them. I was impressed by their observation skills, their focus, and the way they worked together so naturally as a team.

Q&A session with a reward

Immediately after the puzzle challenge, we held a short question-and-answer session. During this activity, we asked the children to recall the key concepts we had studied earlier in the day.

The first child who correctly answered β€œBitcoin” as the main topic of the lesson was rewarded with the book '' Bitcoin for Kids'' from NZONDA FOTSING which was offered to us part AZA from the Bitcoin Junior Club.

The second child who correctly named the creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto, received a T-shirt generously provided by AZA_21m from the Bitcoin Junior Club.

🍍 Fresh fruit salad (pineapple & watermelon)

At the end of our sessions, as planned, we prepared and shared a fresh fruit salad with the children.

Although it was made with only two fruits, pineapple and watermelon, it was prepared with care and shared with joy. The simplicity of the moment made it even more meaningful. We all sat together and enjoyed the fruit as a small but refreshing treat after a full day of learning and activities.

It was more than just dessert. It was a moment of togetherness, smiling, talking, and appreciating something simple, yet special, as one community.

πŸ’ƒ Dance, music, and celebration :

Before we even thought about leaving, we shared one final moment of dance together.

Everyone stood up and moved to the rhythm of the drums, following traditional beats and simple dance steps. It was a moment of pure joy and freedom. Laughter filled the air, and for a few minutes, nothing else mattered except the happiness we were sharing.

The atmosphere was incredible.

Honestly, I did not want to leave the center that day. But eventually, it was time to say goodbye.

I truly hope to see these children again very soon, and I am counting on you, the one reading this, to help make that possible.

It was not just a visit.

It was connection.

It was education.

It was dignity.

Bitcoin Education in Action

We introduced fundamental concepts in a simple and accessible way:

  • What is Bitcoin?

  • Who created Bitcoin?

  • What can Bitcoin be used for?

Through coloring sessions, discussions, and interaction, the children engaged with new ideas while having fun.

Bitcoin was not presented as magic.

It was presented as a tool.

An opportunity.

A symbol of global solidarity.

We are not building charity dependency.

We are planting seeds of financial awareness and long-term empowerment.

Why This Mission Matters

This mission reminded us of something powerful:

Impact is not measured only by budget.

It is measured by:

  • Time invested

  • Hearts touched

  • Seeds planted

Although we were unable to reach both orphanages during this Impact Week, we showed up.

And we will continue showing up.

What’s Next – March Quarterly Goal

We have now entered the month of March, marking the end of the first quarter of the year.

According to our action plan, at the end of each quarter we organize a dedicated fundraising effort to purchase and deliver essential supplies to one orphanage.

For this first quarter, our focus will be:

πŸ“š 1. Continuing Bitcoin Education ( $45 / 68,297 sats)

🍚 2. Food Supply Fund ( $477.90 USD / 725,311 sats )

Funds will be used to purchase and personally deliver essential food supplies to Orphelinat Bon Arbre.

πŸ“± 3. Project Phone Completion

To strengthen the operational capacity of Hope With Bitcoin, we are finalizing the purchase of a dedicated project phone.

Total cost: $300 USD (455,311 sats)
Already collected: 30,000 sats
Remaining: 425,311 sats

Total March Fundraising

TARGET : $822.90 / 1,248,919 sats

Remaining to reach target:1,218,919 sats

This fundraising effort will allow us to:

  • Continue education programs

  • Deliver quarterly food supplies

  • Strengthen project communication and transparency

Our goal is not only to teach.

It is to build structure, consistency, and dignity.

A Long-Term Commitment

Hope With Bitcoin is not a temporary initiative.

This is a long-term humanitarian and educational mission.

We are building a model that combines:

  • Education

  • Community

  • Financial awareness

  • Direct impact

Every contribution, no matter the size, moves this mission forward.

To everyone who believes in Hope With Bitcoin,

Thank you for walking this journey with us.

Bitcoin is not just money.

It is education.

It is opportunity.

It is impact.
